Equip your Lens to see a pit and jump down (roll at the bottom to avoid damage). Go into the side room in the back adorned by one of those wall faces. Next, use your hookshot to get the rupee on top of the tall wood block, then jump down to the other side room with the spider to get the last.

Pointing the bird statue at the correct skull opens the door across the gap. Make the statue face that skull by pushing the wall twice, then step away. If you equip your Lens, you will see that only one skull is real.
